Kevin Johnson vs. Odlanier Solis on Aug 15

Kevin Johnson couldn't hold James Toney's jockstrap.
Johnson is an imposter and only the fact that Solis will probably come in looking like the Goodyear Blimp gives him a chance to win this fight,Comment

Kingpin has some similaries to Toney with his shoulder rolls and ability to control the pace of a fight. But he's heavyweight size, instead of being an overweight light heavyweight like Toney.
He does have a lot of talent and potential, and this fight with Solis is just what he needs to establish himself as a heavyweight contender.Comment

Solis will come in with much extra baggage.
This is why the Klitschkos are dominating. Chambers showed what could be done when you turn up in decent shape with an athletic frame and combine this with boxing skills.
Until heavyweights start to take their skills and frame seriously may the KOS CONTINUE FROM THE K-BROS.Comment

I was actually (pleasantly) surprised by his performance against Vargas. It wasn't the most energetic of showings, but his punches in the later rounds before the stoppage looked very accurate and clever.Kingpin has some similaries to Toney with his shoulder rolls and ability to control the pace of a fight. With that said, like Chambers, he needs more movement. I'm getting sick of these tubby, stationary HWs who just plod around with no tactics and popping the occasional paw-jab. I want to see some killer instinct out there.Comment

solis isnt serious about boxing, if he was he wouldnt let himself weight like that. kingpin is fitter and more skilled. takes it by UD. neighter one is very impressive though, just like the rest of the division.Comment

No tactics? The occasional paw-jab? You have to remember Chambers was fighting a guy that was 6'7 with a 83' reach, he couldn't simply move around and try to out-jab him because that wouldn't work, Chambers came in with the right gameplan, and he showed movement against fighters like Peter and Livin Castillo. If he was fighting Kevin Johnson or someone around his size he would show more movement because he wouldn't need to cut the ring.I was actually (pleasantly) surprised by his performance against Vargas.
