He's not talentless but he's too green and untested. Forbes, Urango and Collazo are good wins but they are the second class of the elite fighters.
He never fought a first class fighter like Cotto, Clottey, Plastercheato or Money May.
So that's why people think Mosley will make short work of Berto.

Berto isn't the walking punch bag Margarito was when he fought Shane...Berto is fast and young...Yes he had problems with Collazo but if you remember correctly so did Shane.

Berto might not win...but I do see Mosley in a tough fight with him and Mosley doesn't have that 1 punch K.O power to put Berto out for good...Maybe a Knock him down...but not out.
