The logic line-up for a tournament would have been:
Round 1: Cotto-Clottey for the IBF and WBO belts (way to **** this up IBF)
Round 2: Mosley-Berto for the WBC belt and WBA super, magical title.
Round 3: Winner versus Winner for the four belts + The Ring's.

Had that been done, Round 1 would be already over with Round 2 on the pan, maybe we would have even seen Cotto-Pacquiao in the in-between while Mosley fought Berto. But no, the ****** IBF screwd a welterweight unification for the second year in a row, ****ing *******.
