You are nuts... it was a clear win for Froch

just because froch was pressing the fight doesnt mean he was winning..he got countered almost everytime he pressed forward

Froch won it clearly but closely IMO,but what a fight! I recall the criticism of Pascal as an opponent in the run up to the Taylor fight, and thought it was a bit harsh. Now he is a world champ! Good luck to him,his defence is a shocking as Froch's but he has a chin to match, thats for sure!

you forgot those mid rounds where Froch Jabbed and Jabbed and Pascal did nothing..I agree that Pascal seemed to get the better of the Exchanges.. Froch also realised that and banked rounds with boxing while Pascal let him..

your referring to the very late rounds. but pascal did come forward when he was jabbing and landed some big shots..either way they are both champs now so im happy

Froch won but the scorecard was ridiculous, Froch knew he had been in a fight at the end of it though..

i had pascal winning too. but i dont think he was robbed, to close to be called a robbery. pascal deserved a rematch though, but if im not mistaken it was his own choice to go after the 175lb version of the belt instead due to difficulties making 168. i mentioned him in a thread about underrated fighters just yesterday. hes young, very skilled, has a iron chin, a huge heart and he puts on GREAT fights. he could be the face of the next generation.

Next thing you'll say Pavlik was robbed against B-hop.

Even Pascal conceded that he fought the wrong fight and that Froch beat him soundly, although he didnt agree with the cards wide scoring, but admitted he lost by a few rounds.

Did you just compare, Hopkin's destruction of Pavlik to the close competitive fight between Froch and Pascal?
