surely it is more to do with role models...
eg. in america black kids will relate more to black boxers and so will try to imitate their style, so meaning that the ones with the fastest hands, most coordination and best reflexes will go to the top.
in mexico they will watch tough brawlers such as jcc. so the kids with the best chin, stamina an heart will go to the top.
same for eastern europe (upright straight fighters)
then the cycle will continue when those get to the top and kids start watching them..

I view each boxer individually and I don't generalize. because each one has their own attributes which they bring to the ring... you know who trained tyson to be the beast he was, it was not a black coach.. it was a white guy. tyson just took what was taught to him and applied it his way. what happend when he changed corners? but this is a endless futile topic because people who think they are superior to others based on race are racist and they will NEVER change their minds...
