Williams could be 7’1 and reach of 110, but if he made weight there should be no excuses. Williams doesn't have to fight at 168, if he wants to fight at 147 it's his choice. Pacman is not allowed to duck American fighters because of height or reach. AA fighters usually have great reach, and Pacman knows this
