How is he overrated when Forrest and Mosley need to fight him to be considered the best fighters of their respective weight divisions? Pavlik should also fight him if he can't get a showdown with Abraham. I don't think Williams is overrated. I just think that he is a victim of politics, and the big names don't want to fight him.
