    Hey, buddy....use Mozilla's FIREFOX and install the No-script addon. I haven't seen a pop-up, ad, had a redirect, or anything else from this forum, ever, since switching from Netscape shortly after signing up here on Boxingscene.

      download Firefox...afterwards, download their AdBlock plug in...all the ads wont show up and you wont have the redirect tags takin you to other sites...it also speed up things

          Yep, but you do need the "no-script" addon, too, to prevent the redirects. Adblock will keep all the popups from loading, no-script kills any redirects and scripts in the page that you don't allow individually. Just remember to "allow" boxingscene itself, or you won't be able to post replies, log in, use the user CP, etc.

            yeah, you should use firefox. you shouldn't have to in an ideal word but it is what it is, i still far prefer this site to the other boxing forums out there, feature-wise and members-wise

                looked for no-script add on in mozillas add-ons list and didnt see it.
                is it called something else?

                      Firefox is great, has lots of goodies for people who don't like to be forced to look at **** they have no interest in.
