I wouldn't call it greed, it's just business. Pacman is in a business in which one's longevity is nothing if not uncertain, particularly considering that he is currently king of the mountain in boxing. As such, it is important for him to maximize his potential while the going is good.

This seems like standard negotiating to me. I bet the split ends up being closer to 60-40. I could see 62-38.
