Nonito will move up...there is nothing for him at 112 and 115-118 is where the bigger fights are at for him.

Also something many people may not know is that Vic has sparred several times with Izzy and believes he can beat em. Thats the real reason he is moving up...to chase Izzy his dream fight. Man I would love to see that...although I feel Izzy will win, Vic must have seen something during there battles that has him so confident.
