Fair enough, Pac's record wrt contracts is pretty grim...
but his flaw is more in the way of signing multiple, conflicting contracts.
In the Hatton contract, Arum drew up a purse cut that Pac objected to,
right from the git-go, which led to the delay.

This time around, the purse cannot be an issue. The fight date is still
some ways off, so methinks they're saving the signing for a better,
news-splashier date.

After all the Michael Jackson drama dies down, maybe.

maybe hes having second thought of getting in the ring with a healthy cotto. Or maybe trying to add another stipulation mill per pound like they did for DLH but for fight night weigh in

Pacquiao and Roach are just crying to Arum and begging him to make this at fight 143. Is sad but that's the way it is.

The fight is signed. They're finalizing back end money. The announcement may be made this or next week.
