Why is this poll so one sided, Thompson is a huge step-up. And I don't think its a high-risk/low-reward fight. I actually favor Thompson in this fight because he is the better boxer in my opinion. But could Arreolas, heart, work-rate, be too much for Thompson? Funny how Thompson is only a bum after Wlad beats him yet Thompson looked good at times against Wlad. No one in recent yrs has looked good against Wlad except Thompson.

Shoot man it's tough call cuz I love Tony the Tiger, but I gotta go Arreola 7-8th round TKO. Thompson is gettin worn down and old, he can't hang with the young guns anymore. Arreola will take his jabs in the early rounds but Thompson will wear out and Arreola should get the TKO, I just see him landing a lot of shots but Thompson doesn't go down forcin referee to stop it. Maybe I'm overestimatin Arreola here but I don't think Thompson will ever be a force in the division again.

i think thompson starts out winning the first 4 round or so and gets an early lead but i think eventually he begins to cave in from arreloas pressure and powerful punches leading to probably an 8th round TKO/KO.

im favouring thompson in this, i dont think hes been in too many wars and this would be his last shot at a title.

his southpaw stance and jab would be a bit too much.

id quite like to see some of the young guns (povetkin, haye, arreola, chambers, dimitrenko) in the ring with the likes of thompson who is a legit HW, tall, good jab and his southpaw stance and solid technique makes it a very respectable fight.

Thompson. A fight like this would expose Aerreola IMO.
