  • Monshipour: One More War for the Warrior Almost Missed?

When it comes to the best of raw action fighters, American fans can count themselves blessed. We had Danny Lopez, Bobby Chacon, and boy did we have Arturo Gatti.

    We didn’t have Mahyar Monshipour.

I became a fan of him after the Sitchachawal? fight but then he dropped of after. His comeback fight wasn't very impressive and showed a lot of ringrust.

I don't know if he can come back the same way. He is indeed exciting in the likes of Gatti and Ward, but I think he should fight a couple of easy ones to get back in the groove before he fights in a war. He might get really hurt. I already see him with long term injuries in his old age the way he fought.

Manshipour is a warrior. He could have said one more big payday, instead he said one more war.
