it is a huge difference in body size about 12 pounds or a bit more. It is even more of a difference because they are about the same height so you will be able to tell. Cotto puts on about 10% more weight on after the weigh in while pacman weighs about 148. cotto-160/pacman 148

Cotto has a pretty reasonable size advantage to be honest. He clearly has a substantially larger frame.
