You're expecting too much. Pacquiao is clearly the best under 147. You can't expect him to be "the best" bar none above his natural weight. He is not a Welterweight, so expecting him to be the best fighting against Welterweights is unrealistic.

Nope. I got a bet on Pacquiao winning. What I'm saying is exactly what it says: you can't expect Pacquiao to be the best at 147 because he is still pretty much unproven. Pacquiao is clearly the best below 140, though. If he does beat Cotto (and I think he will), then we can start to discuss Manny at 147 and how good he actually is in this weight division.

Basically, the thread starter is saying Pacquiao isn't the best -- period - unless he beats Cotto.
