Last I checked, and I do check frequently, there was never conclusive evidence proving that margarito loaded his gloves...

Something like 16 people had their hands on the alleged loaded gloves before any investigation and only minor traces of commom materials ALSO found in plaster were found.

I think that the only way it could happen is if Cotto losses Pacquiao. If Cotto wins I don't think it will come true because Cotto will be ranked at a higher level and Margarito won't be attractive enough for Cotto. I think Cotto won't be interested. By the other hand if he losses Pacquiao, Margarito would be an attractive option for him if he doesn't retire and continue boxing.
