How is Cotto a weak belt holder? He BEAT Shane Mosley. Regradless if Shane beat Margarito, that's still a loss under Mosley's belt which he isn't that quick to avenge calling it a "Step Back" (translation: Not risking a last big payday against a guy I lost to).

Cotto's fought the top 3 WWs in the last 2 years and is 2-1 (with 1 being filled with questionmarks whether you believe so or not).
