That is true Larry,but the catchweight isnt really for the smaller fighter,it's for the welterweight not being able to weight in at 147 that ruffles the whole scheme,if Pacman didnt mind a 147 pound Cotto,or Marquez not minding a147 pound floyd,there would be no problems!!
