Whether this is just hype or not from Arreola, as champions, the Klitschko brothers shouldn't have to fight anywhere else but where they feel comfortable. Since they are drawing crowds and making money in their hometown, I think they'll decide when and where its going to take place, if ever as they rightfully should.

He should step up and face a real contender now. If he can't get a Klitschko, fight someone like JC Gomez, Tony Thompson, Ruslan Chagaev, Lamon Brewster or John Ruiz.
