I think because he doesn't want the entire crowd suffering from Narcolepsy. The 1st fight was horrid to watch and Calzaghe won on activity.

A rematch would play the same way. Calzaghe just has a very hard style to adapt to.

No, Mayweather was 'retired' (did anyone seriously expect him to stay that way?), while Calzaghe is RETIRED. I saw him at one of the 'evening with' shows a couple a weeks ago, and he made it pretty clear he isn't coming back. He's had enough, is enjoying life, and doesn't owe anybody anything, least of all B-Hop.
