Ok we all know Cotto is more than your average fighter when it comes to drawing power..he has held his own!..wit that said he's far from a Hatton, Pacquiao or a DLH!..

Cotto can and will fill seats against Pacquiao!..but it won't be near the numbers Pacquiao did against Hatton and DLH..so I think that Freddie Roach is starting to use the "Cotto is young, strong, and very skilled" to make it seem like Pacquiao has a BIG SHOT at losing...

Who wouldn't wanna see that live?!..but I think Roach will be over confident at the same time along with Pacquiao..cuz they will be using this psychological method to get people see a young strong bigger skilled boxer to come DEMOLISH little Pac-Man..and they want to show the world that Pacquiao will KO him!..

Cotto did show vulnerabilities against Clottey..and that's where I'm glad..cuz now Roach can be super confident in that and Cotto will come and do work on Pacquiao..But I think Freddie Roach is doing this more for the sales and much less for his actual thought of competition!..

If he is, he's clearly underestimating Cotto. But I dont think he is, Roach has been telling the media Cotto is the hardest fighter between him, Mayweather and Mosley since before he fought Clottey.

Roach was just being honest man, simple as that. Cotto is a young, strong extremely skilled fighter and it's a HUGE test for Pacquiao. It's a very risky fight, especially when you're on top of the world like Manny is.

They dint expect to take on Cotto. I believe they never wanted to fight him, because of his versatility. He can pop too, just look at Mosley's face during their encounter.

They wanted Mayweather, unfortunately FMJ is busy with Marquez, so now they are screwed and will have to take on Cotto. Why you think the Contract is taking so long to sign??? They want to wait out a lil more and see if Mayweather instead answers the plate. Aint going to happen, Cotto's going to end Manny's winning streak....
