I had to look it up cuz I remember it was pretty much the Bulls starting 5. Lakers were asking for Luol Deng, Ben Gordon, Tyrus Thomas and Joakim Noah. Those layers are replaceable though, Kobe isn't. Kobe would have put that team in the top 4 in the East with money left over.

I'm gonna have to take a trip to the Chi or just buy one of the Chicago deep dish's the sell in the frozen foods sec. That hot dog wit a pcikle isn't really poppin, I'd still mess with it though.

me and my branch manager was going nuts that day. we didn't do any work when the news came out that kobe might be going to the bulls.

it was luol deng , either gordon or hinrich , ben wallace's huge contract and whatever throwaways were needed to make the salary match.

the lakers were fine with whoever the bulls wanted to give whether gordon or kirk. ben wallace had to be in the deal because of the money matching but the sticking point was deng. the bulls didn't want to give him up.
