Tito wins by KO. Williams stands and fights, he doesnt really use his height and he doesnt have a great jab, he is a high volume puncher thats about it. Tito at 147-154 was relentless. It would of been good forthe 1st 3 rounds or so but Tito would start landing way to much I say Tito by KO within 8rds. Anyone who says Paul Williams would be him has never seen Tito fight at 147.

Tito never brutally KO'd any quality fighter at 147.

It took Tito 7 years to take off the training wheels and fight somebody with a belt.

He got dropped by light punching 140lb Oba Carr and flat-out nobody's like Kevin Lueshing.

Williams beats Tito at any weight.

As of now, at his current stage, Paul would give prime Tito a fight he wouldn't soon forget. Now the real question that folk should ponder, is Paul Williams in his prime yet? I don't think he is yet.
