I'm Puerto Rican but there is no way Tito beats Williams. Tito was a one dimensional fighter, he had loads of power but there is no way Tito is getting close enough with his opponent throwing 100+ punches a round. Look what Winky, Bernard and Jones did to him and they throw maybe 50 per.

Tito by K.O, Paul has been improving but his defense isn't too good still. Also keep in mind, Paul doesn't use his height alot, doesn't always fight like a tall man and that'll be his mistake against someone like Tito.
