I think it's unfair to say a fighter may get knocked out by a defensive minded fighter, especially when someone like Marquez has never been knocked out before. Marquez took the same kind of shot from Pacquiao on numerous occasions that did Ricky Hatton in against Manny. And Floyd only scored an accumulation stoppage on Hatton. Marquez isn't going to get hit as much as Hatton did against Floyd either I don't think. Marquez has been down, but he's always gotten back up. I don't know if Floyd could've survived that rabbit punch in the back of the head that Barrera hit JMM with while he was down in the 7th round.Comment

I feel the consensus is that PBF dosent have the powe to KO JMM.And also that PAQ has more power than PBF and if he couldnt KO JMM then PBF cant...
If he does KO JMM what will you think of PBFs power in comparison of PAQ?Comment

For all the people saying Floyd doesn't have the power to KO Marquez ; That's pretty lame.
Floyd is a 147lbs fighter, Marquez was a Super Featherweight a year ago, and has only had 2 fights at 135, and has never fought above 140, ever.
Floyd is bigger, stronger, faster, and younger than Marquez.
If he can't knock Marquez out at the catchweight of 145 that he picked ; he deserves every bit of ridicule he's sure to get for it.
That said ; I'd much rather see Marquez counterpunch the **** out of him and eek out a close, but clear decision win.Comment
