Why isn't Manny utilizing his native country's combat arts in his movies?

I'm expecting him to be knocking Pinoys out with Filipino pencak silat, Escrima, Kali and Arnis De Mano, Kuntao and Panantukan styles.

What better way to have him sharpen his fighting skills than hooking up with his idol's best friend Dan Inosanto.
