I haven't seen anything that says Guzman officially signed with Top Rank. I read Sycuan was negotiating to co-promote with Top Rank, but haven't seen anything since so they're probably still talking or couldn't come to an agreement. Guzman probably would have fought on Azteca or a ppv undercard if they had.
