QUESTION FOR ORTIZ vs MAIDANA

Why did the referee let Maidana hit Ortiz at the back of the head constantly during the fight without even deducting a point? I think the referee of this fight was terrible..Maidana was constantly hitting Ortiz at the back of the head.. Im no Ortiz nuthugger but hitting ur opponent at the back of the head damages fighters during the course of the fight and could even become deadly overtime..

watch the fight again..during clinches Maidana would try to punch Ortiz at the back of the head which was really frustrating..its effect is not immediate but it definitely damages u without u noticing it..just frustrating really..but Maidana is really a tough SOB

no..im refering to the clinches..the referee warned them I think twice but Maidana continued to punch Ortiz at the back of the head..frustrating to see that

ortiz started punching during cliches, so maidana responded
