The official "Did he quit" thread

I figured it was time to make one of these.
    Which of these fighters quit?
    Miguel Cotto (against Margarito)
    Victor Ortiz (against Maidana)
Oscar De La Hoya (against Pacquiao)
    Robert Guerrero (against Yordan)
    Vitali Klitschko(against Byrd)
Oscar De La Hoya (against Hopkins)
    Roberto Duran (against Leonard)
    Juan Diaz(against Nate Campbell)
    Oliver McCall (Against Lennox Lewis)

Miguel Cotto (against Margarito) This one is debatable, some will say Cotto quit which is their opinion. But I think Cotto got the **** kicked out of him by an opponent who may have been cheating. I wouldn't call this one as a quit since Margarito has a cloud of doubt over his shadow now. Its kind of ****ed up to call someone a quiter who could have potentially been taking punches from a guy with plaster-wraps.

Victor Ortiz (against Maidana) Yes he did, and he even admitted it in his interview with Max Kellerman... Ortiz talks like a surfer dude...

Oscar De La Hoya (against Pacquiao) Yes he did, he didn't want to but his team recommended him to do it before he ended up KO'd in the ring. So he quit on the stool.

Robert Guerrero (against Yordan) Yes he did, his cut didn't appear to be as bad as Cottos or other fighters who have fought with worse cuts like Vitali.

Vitali Klitschko(against Byrd) Yes he did, but not because he was afraid of byrd but because he had an injury that could have gotten worse.

Oscar De La Hoya (against Hopkins) He was knocked out, but it was su****ious knockout.

        Roberto Duran (against Leonard) Yes

Juan Diaz(against Nate Campbell) Campbell beat Diaz...

Oliver McCall (Against Lennox Lewis) No, he is just a crazy **** who I heard has a drug problem..

I don't think Duran quit against Leonard, he was simply attempting to swat a fly that was bothering him. Leonard came swinging in and landed a low blow.

Yeah, I just came back from a run. I'm kind of tired and my mind wasn't thinking right. I know that. I edited, I miss-typed.

Even though Diaz went the distance with Campbell he quit IMO in the sense that he quit trying to make it competitive. At one point it looked like Diaz wasn't even going to get off his stool. He handled himself much better in the Marquez fight in defeat I thought.
