Foreman is pretty damn fast and a solid boxer, but Spinks' experience and southpaw stance would get him a close decision in a boring fight.

also, since his fight with K9 was ruled a No Decision, there is a good chance Vanes Martirosyan may be moved up to challenge Spinks for the IBF at 154.
