    Assuming he fights again...

    Which I think he will, what's next for Victor?

    He definitely could have beaten Maidana had he fought smart, maybe a rematch?

    He shouldn't get in the ring with any of the top guys for a while. I hope he comes back from this.

    I'm kind of mixed on what to think. I mean he clearly doesn't like fighters who have alot of pop on their punches, so maybe a rematch right away is not the best idea. Maybe fighting someone like malignaggi, or forbes would be best for a rematch fight. Those two don't have the pop to hurt Ortiz. Even though Maidana isn't the greatest boxer in the world, he definitely has enough pop in his punches to gain his opponents respect.

      Yeah, a rematch right away probably isn't the best idea. Malinaggi would be a good fight, though. Not too much pop in his punches, but sturdy enough to compete and give him much needed experience.
