DE LA HOYA was clearly weight drained in the fight with PACQUAIO and anybody who saw the fight should be able to tell. De La Hoya wasn't throwing punches, he wasnt half the fighter that fought Mayweather at 154 or else Pacquaio would have taken a beating.
