juanma and vic ortiz do the same **** with their jab to set up there straight left punch and hook combo.they're both incredibly transparent right now.they have a lot of work to do, and they need to start by improving their jab to use it as an effective punch and not a range finder.

He's very much like a Trinidad in that sense; he's sneaky. You don't see anything extraordinary in his movement but he throws a lot, finds ways to connect and his power is impressive.

juanma did what he was supposed to do against a dude that he was supposed to beat.

it wasn't nothing special, but only looks special considering what happened to ortiz on the same night.

De Leon and Penalosa are not soft options.

I agree. But those are the only decent opponents on Lopez's record. We never really got to see how good Lopez could take a punch against De Leon, but credit to Juan Ma for using his power and skills to end the fight earlier. I think if Vasquez and Marquez have something left, it may not be a victory for Lopez like most people think.

ok guy. how many options are out there for juanma of people in his class that don't currently have a fight scheduled? did you happen to notice how often juanma fights? he can't take on a pfp or fellow champ every fight.
he took some mean hooks from penalosa, on the button. I think he just needs to mix up his offense a little better. ur being ridiculous
