I'd almost have to go with Pavlik right now. But the level Jacobs POTENTIALLY is on a year or 18 months from now he could potentially beat Pavlik without any problem AT ALL.

jacobs is that young ko artist right....

its hard to judge because when i saw him he was wailing on some guy who wasnt offering a lot back

but if he is capable of moving laterally, attacking at angles and moving in and out on pavlik with accurate shots, he has a good chance

he doesnt beat pavlik now, too much experience on pavliks behalf

but with 5-6 more fights against good contenders...maybe
