After years of waiting, I get a game with shocking lateral movement, I can land 146 punches in one round on manny pacquaio without him going down and without me getting tired, the leaning away from punches bit is crap, blocking is cack, controls are wack, particulary when it comes to body shots. Fights are repetitive, aka, computer just comes forwards the whole time blocking.

What a f.ucking waste of £40. how come after all these years victorious boxers is still the best boxing game ever made?

Try doing that with the gameplay difficulty on G.O.A.T. See if you can win landing 146 punches a round without paying for it on G.O.A.T. Don't put it on that easy ****.

Not on GOAT against mike tyson when im Kelly Pavlik.

Maybe if i fight someone in my weight class then it will happen.

The level of realism is seriously worrying, Mike tyson hit me with 58 punches when i was kelly pavlik, and i hardly had a mark on me. and tyson didnt knock me down once.

Controls are horrible.

Just get any boxer with a good reach, stand in the pocket where the shorter fighter cant reach you, and throw about 300 punches, round is yours.

I dunno. I'm pretty impressed and I'm a huge fan of VB's. I think the punch stats are high, but max out the speed slider and change the camera angle to wide.

I dont find it engrossing or exciting at all, Its like, i get in there, either he rushes in and I jab right hand, or he comes in hands low and i jab, In one fight i did get knocked out with one punch though, after winning every round, got caught with a hook that was no more powerful than the others, got stopped, fair enough, but to be able to land 300 punches a round with Kelly f.ucking pavlik against heavyweights is just rediculous. I hit a guy with about 50 clean uppercuts and he comes back like nothing happened, its a slug fest, in VB you have to pace yourself, you can't go in there and land 60% of your punches on target.
