joshua clottey vs james kirkland

u know..i was chillen today and this fight just popped into my head..and the more i think about it the more realistic it sounds..clottey is a big welterweight and could easily make 154 imo..if kirkland gets out of jail this is the fight i want to see him in..even more so than him fighting paul williams..opinions???

yea?...well i dont know about him beating clottey..at least right now..clottey is a great technical fighter..and kirkland seems to get hit way to much..i mean he was getting countered heavily by julio and julio isnt that special in the technical department..clottey would expose kirklands weakness to counters big time imo

kirkland is a tough tough mofo...but clottey outboxes his slow ass...it'd be just like the cintron vs angulo fight.....

Clottey is a good fighter but no way can he stand there and take Kirkland's punches.. Plus kirkland loves to smother his opponents and lead with that wicked left punch..

Clottey is just too small for JK....

Cotto would never want to fight kirkland.. Kirkland wouldn't have let Cotto survive late in those rounds like clottey did.
