who has a better jab than wlad today?

I don't necessarily think Wlad's jab is the best, but he utilizes it better than anyone. I think the frequency and effectiveness makes it the best jab. I think Cotto and Sturm have more impressive jabs though.

Winky Wright even at this age has a pretty good jab but not better than Wlad's. Jermain Taylor's jab alone has knock out power and he wasn't mentioned in this list.
