Before Cotto 'lost' to cheato no body would have had a problem putting him at #1, depending on how he beats Pac (if he does) I would have no prob having Cotto at number 1

Obvious one that isn't on there is Floyd, he needs to get back into the mix and I think if he beats Marquez they will place him as second behind Manny, this will start the hype for probably the biggest boxing showdown in my generation at least.Comment

yea....but cotto beat mosley, but i'm ok with the rankings as long as floyd is not present. If floyd beats marquez or anyone top welterweight then floyd can be on list. This is top p4p NOW, not 2 yrs ago.Comment

They ahve to make mosley look better or more deserving of what he is, so he can land the big fights and not COtto.
