Mayweather ducked him. Why? Incredibly bad match up. Margarito's style and physical advantages completed PWN anything Floyd brings to the table. Thus he rejected the offer.

Finally someone got it. I cannot stand margarito but when everyone like floyd was ducking margocheato, cotto stepped to the plate and i got respect for that.

I bet all of those fighters who ducked him are counting their lucky stars right about now. They must be thinking, damn... I sure am glad it was not me who got plastered.

Tony was never the best at anything...that's why he hid in WBO land so long..fighting the likes of Hercules Keyvelos and Sebastian Lujan.

Since when is Tony worth 8 mil and Hatton 7..??????????????????

Marge was NEVER a bigger draw than Hatton...or Cotto.

Arum just didn't want to make it happen.
Are you an idiot? Who sold out staples to record numbers? MARGARITO.

Gtfo, Cotto can only sell in MSG, Hatton can only sell in UK. Even then, they dont touch the level of Margarito's draw. Well, before the scandal occured. We will have to see what happens when he returns.

              **** a damn staples center.

Hatton was ALWAYS a bigger draw than Marge.

Any child-minded fool should know that.

How the hell was Tony worth 8 million and Hatton and Cotto only 7..?

              C'mon now.

Arum played you haters like a banjo.

Tony was never worth more than Hatton or Cotto.

Arum could have offered Floyd a ONE fight deal...not try to tie him up while he was buying out his contract.

To be fair ; that fight was in L.A. which is notorious for it's Latino population.

I'm sure Cotto and Hatton would've drawn a similar crowd if they fought an opponet as big as Mosley, in Caguas and Manchester, respectively.
