Maybe he was really hurt, the knees being twisted cause football players to get torn ligaments all the time, stuff hurts. What is the difference between him crying to the ref about that and Cintron crying to the ref about every hard punch being a headbutt?

I agree, if Clottey hit Cotto in the back of the head and threw him down, he would have at least lost a point if not two.
