    I was in response to the poster above me, while questioning the Palle/Kess dispute..
    With the exception of Felix Strum, I wasn't aware that German boxers ever fight in the States, or the UK for that matter..
    Palle is danish as well.

    Another notable german who got the losing end of a highly controversial decision against an american star is Axel Schulz against George Foreman.

      Blimey... That was nearly 15 years ago, and if I remember rightly, Schultz ended up with a face like a pumpkin.. However, in fairness, Foreman was given 1 or gifts during his comeback.. Most notably, against Alex Stewart who made George look the same!
