    Cotto interview

Like i always said, cotto does not call people out...he fights them. He'll fight anyone and someone here had mentioned why not give mosley a rematch. Well this is what he said on a radio interview in Puerto rico:

Well first they asked him most likely who the next opponent will be and Cotto said it will most likely be Pacquiao. They then asked that there were rumors saying the that the purse split was going to be 70/30 and Cotto answered that nothing is final and hopefully the money issue will work out fine.
They then asked that there are many suggestions that Cotto should not fight Pacquiao yet and that he should get his team/corner in order and that ultimately does he really feel ready for Pac and Cotto answered that he has been hearing and that he will fix some mistakes he made.
Then he mentioned that Pac was at an advantage against DLH because he got Oscar who was at the end of his career come down to weigh at 147 and ended up doing nothing. He then said Hatton was overrated and that he failed twice in his biggest fights and that Cotto will be healthy and fight smart enough to beat Pacquiao. he is firm on the 145 pounds as well. He also said that if the Pac fight doesnt go through he would like a rematch with Mosley.
His cut seems to be healing very well.

This shows that he gives fighters like mosley. clottey rematches if he feels there is a debate on outcome of fight. I'd like to see if Margarito can do the same to him again as their first fight. Why do i think it will not be the same outcome but Cotto beating down Plasterman?

They actually offered the rematch to Mosley soon after the fight, Mosley turned it down.

          NOT SURPRISED.

I have a better shot at 44 yrs old of getting taller than Floyd accepting a fight to fight cotto or mosley....Floyd P4P? WHY???

I know money talks...... there are four fights I would like to see from Miguel before he hangs them up. Mosley2, Clottey2, Margo2 and Williams. Four risky fights hard to predict a winner.

if this fight is not gonna happen, ill be very happy because, no one wants this fight anyway except arum.

Cotto is already thinking of a possible next opponent if the pac-cotto will not gonna happen, is this a sign that the negotiation is going backwards?

Williams? I don't know about that one.. I don't even think it will ever happen as I see williams going up the weight.. I hope Cotto retire in 4+ years. Mosley2? when he's 40? Clottey 2 I can see that.. a couple of years down the road with berto will be the retirement. At least, that's what I would like..
