Blame fighters with their millionaire purses, blame promoters for the same reason, blame fights taking ages and tons of money to make and in the end disappointing us with non competitive events (45 year old vs ATG WANNABE or p4p#1's vs Ricky Hatton), blame crooked refs and judges and blame the economical crisis. With the money involved in the events of Hatton vs Floyd or Hatton vs Pacquiao they could probably put together 10 UFC 100 which will feature at least 6 of the very best fighters in the sport. Period. Give the fighters the control? They will hire promoters, the promoters will hire the mob and the mob will **** up match ups and the money will damage the rest of it (purse arguments, other time wasters...) If you don't want to read all this i'll sum it up. BOXING HAS GONE TOO FAT.

Imagine if we could watch them on ITV4, the coverage would be hilarous.

Sky will pick up more fights, but I doubt they will pick up EVERYTHING Setanta would have had

Thats the worry for most fans. they will pick up the odd fight here and there but Setanta tried their best to get everything. They even shown the live British amatuers, don't think sky would ever even consider that.

I think the sky contract says they are only allowed to expose the public to limited amounts of jim watt per week.

                  Its for your own good.

That idiot John Rawlins as well. What a pair of annoying plums they sounded at Klit vs Chag. I thought there coverage was ****, didn't even get to see either fighters ring entrance - pish!

                    Hope the UFC goes elewhere!
