      They both suck at it equally.

      It really makes you understand how insane it is that guys like Barrera and Marquez picked it up so damn fast, and speak it so well.

              Nah. Marquez is more or less fluent. He only has a bit of an accent.

                  English is being taught in school since kindergarten but you cannot hear people talking english on streets except students and people who are working in call centers...

                  Yes, English is second language here but pacman didn't even know how to speak Tagalog in his early boxing career... His first language is Visaya

                  Visaya is a dialect widely spoken in Visayas and Mindanao region in the Philippines.
                  The Philippines is divided into 3 big islands, namely: Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. There are 87 dialects in the Philippines, but only 3 of them are commonly used. They are:

                  * Visaya (Cebuano), widely spoken in central Visayas and most of the places in Mindanao
                  * Hiligaynon, spoken in Western Visayas
                  * Tagalog, Filipinos national language
                  Pac learned a lot...Aside from boxing, he learned how to speak Tagalog and English..

                    Did you see the Marquez/Mayweather presser?

                    Marquez spoke in clear, intelligable English.

                    As Bully said, the only thing he has is a bit of an accent. And that doesn't even matter, because he's always going to have that.
