The people who got hit by Tyson and Foreman for the most part were people with a stronger body than the average person. Not to mention they were heavyweights with average neck sizes that were around 18 inches. The average person only has a 14-16 inch neck and it coudl quite possible break or at least injure the neck spine significantly. I wouldn't be surprised if 1-2 people out of 10 that Tyson hit with bare fists in his prime against a average joe died as a result.

ok. a punch by a prime ali or foreman, would be like someone swinging a bat at your face. these guys throw so many punches it's not like getting punched by someone in the streets. these guys have perfected punch throwing. you will go down like a potato sack and possibly get your face broken in.

He's probably enquiring about the actual mechanics behind the impact and stuff. As in, would a shot to the jaw knock it clean out of its socket or a shot to the forehead cause brain damage.

Knock most of them out. I wouldn't go as far as saying they'd kill most people or anything like that. People have died after being punched, but that's because they hit the back of their head on the ground when they fell.
