Caguas .- The Puerto Rican Miguel Cotto, Welter Champion of the World Boxing Council (OMB), said today that it is indifferent whether to fight at 145 pounds against Filipino Manny Pacquiao the next November 14.

Cotto with a mark of 34-1, has fought at 147 pounds since he won the Puerto Rican Carlos Quintana in December 2006 for the vacant title Welter of the World Boxing Association.

Previously it had in the Light Welter division, where he defended the crown five times the OMB.

tell you the truth i cant remember the last time i was impressed with a cotto performance.
