They were all WELTERWEIGHT FIGHTERS (and Gomez actually fought at Middleweight too). Are any of them high quality fighters? No, but are we going to start cherry picking fighter's easy opponents now? Because if you want to include Cotto in there you better throw in Floyd, Sugar Ray Leonard, Bernard Hopkins, Roy Jones, etc...and you're gonna downplay those guys' careers?

C'mon dude...if Floyd was the draw he says he is he could fight a one armed midget and it would sell. Oscar almost always sold out even against sub par competition (check the attendance for the Forbes fight). But the reality is he tries to find his nitch to get a big payday going instead of standing by his claim of being the best P4P and fighting the best.

How in the hell is Manny Pacquiao fighting Miguel Cotto before Floyd is? That there says a lot about Floyd's career moves and how he may be looked at in the longrun...underachieving (and by achievments I don't mean titles in different divisions. Pacquiao could possibly have the chance to get his 7th world title in 7 weight classes).

so what, pac's running for senator in 2010. floyd should dump the jmm fight and negotiate for the pac fight this year and accept a 50/50 purse split before team pac signs the dotted line.
