The big rivalries are Mexico vs USA/ Mexico vs Puerto Rico/ England vs USA/ USA vs Russia. Phillippines don't have enough regular great fighters to establish a rivalry( Ceferino Garcia, Pancho Villa, Pacquiao), plus asians are not very deep in trash talking, rivalries,etc..

Mexicans, Puerto Ricans, English, Americans always have fighters fighting for championship belts. That's still not the case for Philippina boxing.
