Cotto wont need low blows. pac has very good speed and angles but his defense aint great. if cotto takes his time and times pac when he comes in. cotto's jab will be more effective in this fight than vs clottey. for pac to land his punches he's gona have to take some in return. jmm countered pac very well and cotto should do the same.
