Simple question, Cotto has quit before. Does Manny have what it takes, at Welter, to make him quit again?

The only time Cotto quit was because he knew the gloves were unnatural, and quit for his one helth, before some real career-health damage occured. He did the right thing. No i don't think Manny can make Cotto quit. Cotto is NOT a quitter.
